The venue is a little tired tbh, though it has good staff and rooms.

Fairly clean place, brand-new rooms, pleasant staff. I've had a really great stay in a long time.

Loved this place, it was exceptionally clean and had nice staff and location. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including toast and muffins.

Courteous staff and non-smoking rooms, we had a such great experience. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Biltmore Square. Loved that the property was in a fairly nice area.

The stay was FAIRLY NICE, reasonably priced hotel.

Prime position, romantic room, accommodating staff. Its service was great too. There was an excellent restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Impeccably clean accommodation, cheap rooms and decent location. Breakfast was above average with a lot of good options. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The staff was thorough and tried to make my stay brilliant.

The room had awful views.

hotel had bright lobby. the swim-up bar was fabulous and the staff were always pleasant. generally everything was perfectly fine, however the bathroom was old.

Brand-new and tidy hotel, very pretty location close to the interstate. Very comfy bed, immaculate and bright room. Late check-out was useful.

Rooms and staff — everything was so great. Glorious view, a tiny balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. I appreciated an awesome restaurant with a local menu. The pool was amazing and the garden — beautiful. Besides, the parking was onsite.

The staff was super friendly, the position was favourable and the room was fine. I liked incredibly soft bed in the room. The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. Breakfast was tasty - plenty of food and excellent drinks. There also was ample parking and heated pool🙂😃

the hotel had a warm lobby. our room was updated and updated, had balcony and complimentary wi-fi. resort view was good and balcony was little.

The hotel was cozy, our room was immaculate, we loved it. Our room had a perfect bed and a lovely view. The continental breakfast was the best part of our nice stay. Restaurant in venue was nice and the pool area was great. Everything was exceptional!

Original interiors, ideal location, extremely friendly staff. The bedrooms were spacious. It was non smoking, had a fine bed. The easy check-in process too.

We really loved rooms and people of this hotel. Short way from Sarku Japan, where you can have lunch.
